There's an evil spirit that is in many people, unrecognized and undiagnosed. This evil spirit is not the type that pastors call people out in the church to lay hands and cast it out of them.
It's also not the type that lifts and hits its slaves on the ground... It's so subtle that everyone around the person hardly notices that they are being inflicted. In fact, even when it's been noticed, people do little to help because their help can do little or nothing to salvage the situation.
It's this evil spirit that will make a President desire to be a common, influential man because he feels that they are gaining more popularity than himself.
Saul was the King of the whole nation of Israel, but was always threatened by a little boy, David who was skilled in fighting because he had the Spirit of God. Saul used to have the Spirit of God but it departed from him and an evil spirit came upon him.
Many think that the evil spirit made him to just say things or behave in some certain way... Nah! That evil spirit made him to be unusually JEALOUS! The evil spirit that came upon Saul was the spirit of Jealousy, which came when he left his duty post to do priestly work. When we leave our place of purpose, we open the door widely for this evil spirit. A Fish never gets jealous of the lizard when she's in her place. Dey your dey, make others dey their dey!
JEALOUSY is one evil spirit that torments the lives of many people who are unaware of its presence close to their lives.
Have you ever seen a Staunch JEALOUS person agree that he's jealous? Never! They rather use the words, PROTECTIVE, EGOISTIC etc to cover up, but never admit that they are being nothing but jealous.
When that spirit subtly creeps into your mind when you hear about the success of someone else to tell you: WHY NOT ME; WHY HIM? Just know that it's coming upon you little by little. And if you allow it, it will LIVE IN you. It's human to feel that you deserve every good thing, but you have to consciously do away with such thoughts before it puts you into doing other evil things just to get those good things.
That evil spirit never leaves until you choose to make it leave. As it's first a speaking spirit before an acting spirit, you need to speak back at it to overcome it.
When it says: ''Why she; why not me?''
Reply thus: ''I'm happy to hear that he or she got this or that. She deserves a good life!''. And mean the happiness! Never say that it's your turn next. Are you with success register?
'Everyone is getting married except me!'
'Everyone is getting a job except me!'
'Everyone is graduating except me!'
'Everyone is receiving a big testimony except me!'
Reply thus: 'I'M HAPPY FOR THEM. They deserve the best...'
And please, don't think further. Get your mind busy IMMEDIATELY on something to ponder on... Anything true, pure, of virtue... Just think on them.
