Few things a customer looks for to keep buying from you...


1. Honour 

Value your customers and treat them with great respect. Customer is King, hence treat them that way. Don't be rude to any customer. Never look down on any customer; he can be the channel to a bigger deal that will change your business forever.


2. Emotions 

Sell with Emotion. Show that you really care about your customers, not their money. Take note of the special days of their lives and share in their joy and celebration. Also, share in their times of grief and unhappiness. Be humane.


3. Relationship 

Maintain a good communication relationship with your customers. Make them feel relaxed by talking with them. Crack sensible jokes, but ensure it's at the right time and place. Keep in touch with them even if they don't come again. This will make them remember you whenever they have need of your goods or service, or someone close to them does.


4. Credibility 

This is one way to win your customers for life. Make your customers trust you through your expertise and integrity. Say Yes & mean it. If you promise them something, keep to it. Don't assume that they've forgotten. 

When they ask you about your goods and services, be frank and tell them everything they need to know about it.


5. Keep Growing your knowledge and expertise in your line of business and people management.


Don't forget to help your staff Understand these basics; grow with your staff because they are the ambassadors of the business.
