WHAT'S YOUR PRODUCTIVE POWER?

Dear Graduate,

You have to increase your productive power because productive people are the engines of industry.

Use the following questions to evaluate your productive power:
° Presence: do you do your work with all your heart?

° Resourcefulness: do you use your creative imagination to solve problems?

° Originality: do you think and act independently?

° Diligence: how committed, consistent, and connected are you to your work?

° Understanding: what's your mindset about work? How do you grow from experience?

° Capability: how competent are you at what you do?

° Time: how do you balance your time for work and other things?

° Interdependence: how socially intelligent are you to work effectively with people?

° Virtue: what prompts your attitude to work?

° Efficiency: do you achieve your goal in less time, considerable effort, and low cost? How acceptable is your delivery?

Productivity is the total investment of your being in your work. Your productive mindset is the beauty that attracts employers. Your productive power is the character that makes them retain you.

Your productive power is your selling point at work.
