The knowledge of who you are not is a foreground to knowing who you are

Who Are You?

by Esther Best Nwachukwu

In life, many of us don't get to live our lives; rather, we live the lives others have defined for us. We allow the world, our background and the circumstances around us to define us to the point that we lose sight of anything else about us.

Who are you?
What are you here for?

Rather, let's get a tweak of it:

Who are you NOT?

If you don't know who you are, ensure that you know who you're not. The knowledge of who you're not is a foreground to knowing who you are.

You're not your past mistakes!
You're not your parents' mistakes!
You're not your background!
You're not what THEY say you are!

So then, WHO ARE YOU?

You are who God says you are and who you've accepted that you are.

The two people whose words are the most potent about your identity are God and You; it's only when you don't believe their words that you give people the power to give a false definition of who you are.

Stop being a shadow of yourself; step out of complacency and mediocrity and Discover who you are According to God's plan (in His word) and the talents, gifts and abilities He's given to you.

You're who God says You are!
You're His Best!
You're The Beloved!

Live with this Understanding!

(Ephesians 1: 1-15)
