Give honor to everyone around you. Serve people. Show up on time. Be there for others. Do your best to serve people in that big or little job. You may be the least paid but you can give to others from the strengths within you. Be kind with your presence, time, attention, energy, confidentiality, words, gestures and cash. The little you do, or give, is much to others. You do it freely with no hope of being paid back but it is an investment with returns that you cannot estimate. Don't worry if you are not appreciated or rewarded. Goodwill is a long term investment that requires you to do what you have to do now and forget about the returns. Be a person of goodwill. If you focus on goodwill, you will build much with little.
'Little is much' is the motto of goodwill. When you become used to doing the little things that matter, you will grow to understand that when you have much, much is 'big little' and you will be able to control it.
Build goodwill as you go through the path of little to much. Goodwill is a gift you give to yourself. Goodwill is a route to wealth."
