Quote for today

"Nature ensures that it does the work it knows how to do best inside the tree to change the story of its fruit from small to big, from unripe to ripe, from bitterness to sweetness, and from inedible to edible.
The work that happens inside the tree is not seen. The changes in the life of its fruits are seen but the work that goes within the tree is unseen. The tree is neglected off-season when there is no fruit but the birth of small fruits begins the expectations of harvest.

The work that makes the tree what it is, is internal but what makes the work has meaning is external.
What is your internal make-up? What work is going on within you? What fruits do you produce that give a hint that there is work going on within you?

People frown when the taste of a fruit is bitter. People will criticize your small fruit but never let the work inside you to stop. Don't settle. The same people will taste your ripe fruit one day and then smile, tell others about it or maybe sell it for you.

Keep doing what you are doing just as the tree continues to do what it is doing. Do your internal work and your fruits will grow from small to big, and from good to better. Keep working on yourself. Your small product, service, solution, content, or substance may not be of sweet taste like the unripe fruit but if you keep working, with time, your product, service, solution, content, or substance will grow better and become more valuable and satisfying.

Internal work produces external fruits. Internal work delivers external benefits."
