These needs are to be met by people for people.
Look around you, as you search for business opportunities, search also for character and leadership opportunities: a place to serve, something to do for people, something to be for people, or a cause to commit to. Show love to people. Give hope to them. Stand firm on what is right. Be faithful with what is committed into your hands. Be firm. Don't let any character or leadership opportunity pass you by.
Be the good, right and faithful person you cannot find in your organisation, community, or nation. As you make products or provide services or solutions to meet people's needs in business, make yourself available to become the answer to the needs and pains of people in the areas of character and leadership.
Look for character and leadership opportunities in the same way you look for business opportunities. Your life will grow beyond your imagination.
