"Your decision to take responsibility as a volunteer could be a life-transforming experience for you.
Stretch yourself through volunteering especially when you feel that you are not engaged in the work you love. Find a place to volunteer. Join a small community and take up a role.
Taking responsibility means being in the school of experience. In this school, you need the eyes of reflection and the will to be transformed from the readings from your experience.
You may volunteer to do a small work but the 'small' magnifies when you project the lessons to many areas of your life. If you can't find somewhere to volunteer, start from home. Look for something to work on in your family. Make it your responsbility. If not for anything, you will at least see the weight it carries and your next line of action could be to build the capabilities required for the responsibility.
You may not be great at the delivery of a responsibility but you will grow through the circumstances surrounding it. Eventually, you will be capable to take the responsibility.
Bringing yourself to the corridors of responsibility and the rooms of accountability in the path of experience is the way to reinvent yourself."
