Quote for today

"I keep wondering why there is little or no production, creativity and innovation in this country. Poor education and bad governance contribute but many people are too idle that they have no sense of work or too busy working that they have no time to think. The consciousness for development is too low.

Idleness is the way you abuse your own time. Idleness keeps you busy with activity that is not productive. You have nothing to show for it.
Work abuse by many employers is something not talked about because workers receive monthly salary. Watch deeply, you will discover that most employers buy the time of their staff and pay them transport fare to and from work. They call this salary.

Your time is your future and what you give, do or get in exchange for it should also be able to buy you a future you desire. Is what your employer giving you equal to what he takes? Think. You work for ten years in a place but all you can do for yourself is that you can buy food and you live in a one-room apartment.

Work but think while you work. Have that consciousness about your future as you engage in the unseen daily negotiations with time, people, work, and money.

Don't be idle. Don't spend all day doing nothing. Idleness makes your brain project fantasies, assumptions and unrealistic imaginations. Don't be too busy spending all your days in a job. Being too busy makes the brain enjoy the comfort of simple routine.

Find the balance. Create time to work, reflect, read, think, and even do nothing. This will help you find the right combinations that bring about the life of development and progress.
You steal your own time with idleness. You let others steal it by allowing them abuse you. Watch your life and be a good negotiator."
