I understand that you want to be a top community, state, business, organizational or national leader.
You need to grow through to learn how to lead. Learn how to lead in little opportunities while you wait for the big ones. You cannot change big things when you skip the lessons in changing little things.
Top is great, aspire it. Bottom is the holder, start from there. Top is for the display of your internal glory built from bottom. Your bottom has to be spiritually deep with your root structure connected to the firm ground of Truth. The fullness of Truth is the depth of leadership.
You need firmness because the top has forces. Leadership is about growing deep below to stand firm high above. If high is the direction you start with, you don't understand the call of leadership. Leadership is a life of constant internal construction and operation built on a deep and firm foundation of truth to give people a better life.
Top is where you come out but bottom is where you come from. No growth, no change. No change, no development. No development, no leadership. Go deep. Grow within. Develop. Mature, and display your leadership."
