Every man has a story written of him from eternity past. A script!Every script is unique. Yours too! Note what God said in the Holy Book that; “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;" -Jeremaiah 1:5a
Success is life and eternity is a measure of your conformity to your unique script.
If by script you are supposed to be a field missionary and you struggling to be a banker, you are quietly becoming unsuccessful.
If by script you are supposed to be a field missionary and you struggling to be a banker, you are quietly becoming unsuccessful.
If by script, you are supposed to be a primary school teacher but because you think "lecturing" in the university is more glamorous, you are struggling to become a lecturer, you are quietly becoming unsuccessful.
Jesus did not struggle to live as long as Methuselah not because He lacked the capacity to rather because He had a script to fulfill.
As graceful as Billy Graham was, he didn't heal any ailment (not even headache) like Oral Roberts and Benny Hinn, simply because in his script, healing as such wasn't written of him. Yet he died fulfilled in the Ministry.
The reason why you seem to be competing with others and angrily envying them is simply because you have not discovered what is written of you in your script.
You are nearly almost forcing God to make you as fiery as Apostle Joshua Selman or as melodious as Nathaniel Bassey, simply because you have not found what is written of you in your script.
The way we are even forcing Nigeria to become like Japan and South Africa is simply because we don't know what is written of her in script.
May you not get to heaven, only to realise you ran another man's course and finished another man's story. Even Jesus said: "See, I have come to do your will, to lay down my life, just as the Script said that I would." - Hebrews 10:7-
What is on your script?
