Life is filled with people who think they can change everything. We need people who quietly grow in the pain of leadership and become the character required for leadership. Noise makers don't lead. Leaders are not noise makers. Leadership is not outpouring of opinions. It is saying no to evil in the everyday battle in the arena of life. Stop the noise, be the leader immersed in interactions, life battles and experience. Leadership is the ability to bear pain to build strength. It is this strength that will help you to remove pain in the lives of others."
