If you think your position is all you have, then you miss the amazing growing potentials of being immersed in shared responsibility. Position is simply a great opportunity to share responsibilities with others. Responsibility is a great opportunity to be in different positions as the game gets tough. Focusing on responsibility will make you and others better. Responsibility makes you better, not bitter. It makes you have a heart for many hearts, not just a heart. It moulds you into a humble being especially when you see position as an opportunity to remove bitterness and bring joy in the lives of others."
