When you sleep for too long, you get prompted to wake up. When any part of your body gets affected, your body speaks to you. Whether it is prompt, pain, unrest, sickness, pressure, weakness or failure, they are voices calling for positive actions. It is for you to pay attention. It is for you to do something. In the same way, life has similar voices speaking to you. Your struggles, pains, pressures, failures, wasted efforts, mistakes, weaknesses and prompts are voices that speak to you. They call you to reassess yourself. They call you to attend to crticial issues. You may need to remove a few things in your life like the body releases waste. You may need to change what you do that affects you like your body cries for proper food intake, good habits and a healthy lifestyle. You may need to watch around you to see and attend to the little things that bring you unnecessary pain. That pain is a voice, listen. That pressure is a voice, attend to it. That failure is voice, pay attention, learn and improve. That prompt is a voice, act. That voice calls for action, do something about it."
