The bright citizens are leaving the country. People want to be better and then, return to make here better. Some return and the pain brings them much burden and they leave again. The ones willing to serve are failing in strength.
I see posterity cry if we don't do anything. If nothing is done now, the pain that posterity will feel will be unbearable. Why do we live for ourselves? As building blocks, we have to connect to build a stable country. Look around you, you will see that we have great people in this nation but the problem is that we don't understand transformation. We stay together but we don't live together. We know ourselves and what we need, but we don't care about others and what they need. The only time we are united is when we talk on social media or when we complain about issues. Everyday, we see our differences but we focus more on the negatives. In real life, unity is scarce amongst us. Leveraging the bond of our positive differences is something we fail to do. Our complexity could be a great advantage.
There are talkers of good everywhere. We just need doers of good. Just start with being good to one person at a time. The only way this nation will change is when most of us will do the good we expect in our own little corners. The nation is in pain because leaders are scarce. Stop being scarce. Be the leader you want to lead your country. Be that leader wherever you find yourself. With our population, if all of us will have this mindset, then we will give the truth within us a chance to have its way.
